I imported three of these from China, exactly this model, 2 of them broke within the week and the company offered nothing.

Here I see in italy in some shops for around 100 euro. What's the difference between it and the roomba 560 that costs 370 euro and for last how do you open for clean it downside or easy?

Bit of a delay, but in case it helps anyone... mine died after a few months... because I left it plugged in... I think the battery overheated, it burnt my hand when I touched it.

would have taken me exactly 1 min to get the vacumer/sentral and done that job bfore that annoying slow shit robot ever thought about doing something at all. BIG waste of materials, energy ect whatever it took to make that useless thing..

This is not the original Roomba from iRobot, it's a copy. That is why you are having problems and no customer service. It even sounds like it's going to die. Stick to Roombas!

@vodzurk true, its cheap but a used roomba costs 50 if not 40 amd a new (old generation) roomba costa 100

They work pretty well. If anybody in your household has long hair though, then you'll have to dismantle the rollers every now and then (easy once you've done it once) to pull off all the hair.
