Lol, Raines was just to hard to me. It helps it you use a sentinel not as your main leader, since Cid wails on you in the beginning. If you play as another character like Lightning you can deal a lot more damage in the beginning. At first I used the same team with Lightning, but second time around I used Snow and your strategy. :D

That's the point that you don't want to deal that much damage to him at the start because then your going to get hit with his ray attacks when he gets to half and yea you'll constantly have to switch paradigms to boost your power back up and get rid of his buffs. What I did is the easiest method you can use against him by doing as little damage as possible to him early on and get him staggered and launch to where he can't attack period.

Gosh, it was a beautiful battle with a great cutscene! Thank you! May ask you to erase that part in the description of the video that says "we fight the next boss Cid Raines", it is kind of a spoiler, I suppose that people could enjoy it more if there was no boss battle introduction!

No no, Zephyr, the word "don" means wearing/equipping/wrapping oneself in.

Meaning, They must learn the skill before they can wear the title.

Using the word "do" in that sentence would be grammatically incorrect as well as awkward to say.

I went Commando (Lightning), Ravager (Hope), Saboteur/ Ravager (Vanille) for Raines. Not too much harder but u do end up healing and dispelling him here and there.

This is my absolutely favorite part of the game. Not really for the cut scenes but as far as just fun grinding this is the best area. I spent a good 15 hours in this place.
