The People under the Bridge

Under the Dickman Road Bridge, where M-66 crosses over Dickman, homelesspeople are living in a primitive campsite, that is their home. On October 10, 2009, volunteers from a variety of community organizations, First Wesleyan Church, the Battle Creek Police Department, and the Michigan Prisoner Re-Entry Initiative, helped them clean out their home, and helped them find access to housing and other community services.
