Yes, this is indeed Sibelius's mazurka. Thanks for posting this most delightful miniature. Joshua Bell is highly talented but this particular recording does not (to my ears) manage to convey the strong fragrance of the piece - Nils-Erik Sparf and Bengt Forsberg (CD BIS) are superior here.
