No, the only trucks in the City of Newark with q's are Engine 7, UMDNJ Rescue 1, NPD ESU 1 and ESU 2

are they getting a new truck to replace truck 1

The old green Truck 1 (Tower 1) was replaced by a red ALF Ladder (Ladder 1). The old Truck 1 was sent to ladder 6 as there "new ladder". So Newark still has one tower ladder in operation. Truck 6 being that it is a tower ladder gets special called all over the city as well as for mutual aid assingments.
