This IS better than the released version, I agree.
Too bad John had severed his ties with George Martin at this time. George could've produced this into a real rocker.

That was Yoko, ms Lennon. At the time they parted and John went living with their secretary, May Pang in L.A. for the so called "Lost Weekend" and Yoko had an affair with the guitarist Wayne Gabriel.
