Go Home Girl

Who's heard of Arthur Alexander? He wrote and recorded some great songs but, ironically, it was other artists who had the hits with their covers of his work. This is "Go Home Girl" - very similar to his other classic, "You'd Better Move On". I'm playing a simple version in D with a touch of Ry Cooder's style on the "Bop 'Til You Drop" album.

My usual computer is in "hospital" at the moment, and I'm using an older spare - apologies for the fuzzier-than-usual quality of this video...

Many compliments to you Will. I'd like this song a lot. A simple melody with some nice features in it. I will study, but it will take some time.

I am what they call me here, a man who can play lots of parts of songs, but never the whole one. I'd like to learn some parts of this song too.
