That is not disabling the manager, that is just removing the icon from the tray.

@polzowatel Because it overrides the sound card. I hate it. I accidently installed it when I had to re-install windows & now my audio does not work because, I suspect, of conflicting audio softwares. I have a sound card that I want to use, I don't want to use the on-board one. HATE IT.

i have a different problem that i really need help with..well a pop up window usually came up anytime i inserted my headphones and i was okay with it but today i mistakenly unchecked something in the realtek manager and now the pop up does not come up anymore..i really want that pop up back but the check box i had unchecked earlier isn't there anymore??...do you understand what I am trying to say???..
