The Volt is both an electric car and a plug-in hybrid in that it can run on both electricity (about 40 miles) and gas. The Camry is a more traditional hybrid in that cannot go a very long distance on just electricity but it use its electric motor in conjunction with the gas engine to go further on a gallon of gas. my volt gets 45 miles on a charge and it takes 3 and a half hours to charge from 1-2 miles to 45 miles on a 240, 10 hours is a joke, no one is going to use a 110 at home so nice misinformation there, giving uniformed people the wrong idea, TIP about watching reviews from guys that dont know shit about the cars or own them, DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY
