flipper deserved everything he got in this film....how in the hell could any black man cheat on lonette mcgee for a white woman.....I mean she loved flipper and knew her place as a black woman and he fucked it up BIG TIME and I had no sympathy for him.

@oldsnake8592 He may not be a criminal or frug addict, but is he really okay? the man has so many issues and hang ups with race and skin tone, and showcases how much he hates his dark complexion yet has issues with mixed race blacks as well. He wifes up a woman who can pass for white, leaves her for one who is white, and then runs when he starts to love her because the idea of fathering a mixed race child scares him. WTF?
