Here's what I heard: Valve wants to update TF2 for the xbox (dunno about ps3), but Microsoft don't want Valve to release the updates for free. And Valve doesn't want to charge people for it. If it's true, I don't know.

@pmanderson This is the most likely answer. As I recall this was the same problem for The Survival DLC on L4D. Unfortunately Valve just managed to make that free but not Crash Course.

@mariothief There are some memory problems for the 360. Which Valve are trying to resolve.

As for the PS3. EA were the ones who ported The Orange Box (TF2 included) to the PS3. So it'll be up to them to update it.
