A few Plyometric/Precision Jumps with a few strides and Catleap/Arm Jumps too.
This was all from training session on Saturday, it was a cold but dry day. I spent most my time doing various precisions jumps, to which some were on film and some were not.
Over the winter period as it gets wetter I expect my training to be less focused on Parkour and more about repeating singular movements again and again and doing general conditioning. Obviously there will also be the option of linking movements together to keep warm an motivated.
On that note, enjoy what little there is of the video there is and leave a comment if you like. I also know that three sections of the video are of the same movements but in different angles to show a different perspective of it all.

@bradfordpk If you look to the right side under the video it tells you that the Artist is 'Mylo' and the song title is called 'Valley of the Dolls'. :) Thanks dude I enjoy watching videos like this of other people too.
