@imperatorMher well for video use i would get af100 over 1d MKIV any day ...the af100 is a real video camera,not a dslr whit video as a little bonus

Seriously... A LED light running at about 11k mounted to your camera... In a well lit room? What were you thinking?
Was it "I think I'll shoot some lazy video broll right now, but how can I make it worse? I know, I'll use a worthless illumination device, stick it above my lens, and cast a distracting blue hue all over my footage."?
If that's what you were going for, congrats, you nailed it.

@comonad it was really about price they were trying to hit, which makes sense. it doesn't use p2 yadda yadda

The people in the dslr mania are the same as the people using 35mm adapters....camera still looks amazing nonetheless

as long as it would handle 1080 24frame rate , I'd jump for joy, certainly adding the p2 memory card slot would greatly raise the price point, can we all live with sd???

@saloutwest It DOES support the 1080/24p, 720/24p, 1080/60i, 720/60p, 1080/30p, 720/30p. It will also shoot 1080/60p in slow motion over-crank mode.
The AVCHD output on an SDHC card is amazing. The camera will ship at the end of December.
