@watzzupsport interesting..thanks for the reply!

Yeah, i think the reason people did not want to buy it or look in to it, is because that the reviews of it have given it sort of a TV-Shop kind of appearence, and people think (maybe) that you can improve your cardio like that without running, which is not the case, they completly forget that its ONLY a tool. not a magic device, plus many people are closeminded about it anyway.

yeh i still use it today they have changed the design a bit since I bought it funny it has not caught on as it really work as a lung exersice

i was just wondering if u think the same can be achieved with a balloon..inflating balloons?
jadshadowdog 1 year ago
It is about resistance and I do not think an ordinary balloon would do that for you. You can set the power lung to varying resistance

@jadshadowdog also the powerbreath is about breathing in, not out (like a balloon)

@watzzupsport Thanks, so you think the power breath is worth it? you seem to be the only person to have reveiwed, so thanks for putting it up!

@RandomGlass I still have one of the original design that I use. I used it a lot when I started to work on my breath control. I now use it as regime for winter training when I do a lot more yoga and body weight work. As for it being "worth it" I do notice when I start to use it again I have to start on a low setting and work back up, does it translate to better performance hard to say, but I see no harm from it , the theory behind it is good and it does help with variety to training.
