well I think throwing the bins by the doorstep it's something they should not do...but mate you complain too much...don't you have something better to do that look at other people job....if you really wanna complain call the company responsible for the collection and let them deal with the worker. mind your business and think about your job! have you ever done something you shouldn't? well you know the answer!!!!....

Councils now reduce the size of bins and tell residents to take the rubbish to tips themselves - so not an enviromental policy, just collect the money and reduce the service!

As always - money!

15% of your council tax bill goes toward refuse and recycling. The only borough in the country to collect your excessive rubbish and wastetwice a week. I think that is pretty good value!
Secondly, how about you reduce your rubbish and recycle more, then you wouldnt need to see these half-arsed people as often :)

You are right - Westminster is one of the best boroughs for rubbish collection in the country (if not "the best") - at least in central parts of Westminster where tourists /Parliament are. But they took one of the multi-item recycling bins out of a street in W1 close to Manchester St. Why? Having argued there was no space for it (there was and is) they then decided it was "too successful". Which meant the service provider wouldn't contract to collect it. Can't win!

THANKS!! Look forward to them! Could youm let me know when you do? I'm not as much of an expert as some guys! HAHA! I'm pretty good when it comes to Aussie trucks, but outside Australia, still a lot of learning to do!
