The first Sextival Sex Festival in Israel was created to "promote safe sex in Israel".
Inside Hanger 11 in Tel Aviv's elegant northern port, were erotic shows, dozens of displays for sex toys, colorful candles, waterbeds, tasty hand made chocolate, sex therapists, free massages, presentations on various fetishes including eatable panties, fishnet stockings, scents, perfumes, leather clothing, water beds, Fleshlight toys for men, BDSM toys, Blazer, Playboy, Banana and Hustler Magazines. Sextival has been a huge success in the very essence of the word that when it comes to creating more awareness about the pleasures of sex, sexual health, STD and AIDS.

Israel's first sex festival - Sextival - was held February 5-7th, at the Tel Aviv Port (Namal). Over 20,000 people and the world media attended. Durex displayed the largest condom in the Middle-East while handing out free condoms to prevent STD.

Sextival Israel 2008 was a celebration of Israeli democracy, freedom, good health and beauty.
