@OldSchoolSweetheart I just wanted to remnd you of these things, because I know you are working so you can give your daughter the very best. You're a great write and you hear that all the time and it's true, but as a mom, there isn't one better and I thought someone should say it. I adored my mother; she is how I gauge whether a person is a good mom or not...she was a tough act to follow....she would have loved you and of course the great grandbaby!!!!

@OldSchoolSweetheart I reread this and realized that you are a very talented writer, and an excellent mother. It takes a special woman to be a mommy, who is willing to put her child's needs first. A mommy wants what's best for her child...no matter how old they are...my mother used to sit up nights waiting for me to come home from my dates when I was in college, then would run to bed so I didn't know about it. I adored my mother, and I know my grandbaby is gonna feel the same way about you.
