most ( really most) of the people who lose weight gain it back ,,, Please be careful ,, this is serious ,, !! don't destroy the amazing thing you've done. Its about a lifestyle change, not only weight ! Good luck

The video is a bit slow with the pictures cause there are some that are quite similar in the beginning.. no offense intended!

I'm really happy for you, but that video was mostly shots of the right side of your face. I think you could have shaved about 4 min off the time. Your video, your choice but it was lengthy.

HOLY CRAP JASON! I know I'm pretty damn late on this, but WOW! Watching this has made me realize that I really don't know too much about you..which is cool, cuz it provides the opportunity to learn more...but wow, I definitely need to respect you more, you have lost a lot of weight and look at a lot better for it...I think you should grow out the hair again sometime and see what it looks like! haha talk to you later!

Well done you - i too am in the process of loosing weight, and its damn hard, i dont think everyone appreciates just how hard it is, especially bacause it doesn't matter how much help you have around you its a personal battle! Keep going and well done for being an inspiration, even to me in the UK, wish you love and luck in all your goals Jo-anne ps you do look hot x
