AxiSet™ Check-up, is a new system that offers fast, automated health checks for multi-axis machine tools.
Easy and reliable process for analysing the performance of rotary axes and identifying problems caused by incorrect machine set-up, collisions or wear.
Uses a suite of highly effective macros to track a magnetic or permanently located datum sphere around a rotary axis or axes and outputs to an Excel based reporting package for quick analysis of results and history. Highlights tracking and centreing error.
