Ingredients for Salmon Chan Chan Yaki
(serves 2)

2 Salmon Fillets
A sprinkle of Salt
2 tsp Sake

½ Onion (100g/3.53 oz)
2 Cabbage Leaves (200g/7.05 oz)
2 Shiitake Mushrooms
50g Shimeji Mushrooms
1 Potato
1 Bell Pepper
½ Long Green Onion
5 tbsp Frozen Corn
2 tsp Butter

2 tbsp Miso
2 tbsp Sake
1 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Grated Ginger Root
Vegetable Oil

<材料>2人分
秋鮭:2切れ
塩少々と酒小2

玉ねぎ:1/2個(100g)
キャベツ:2枚(200g)
椎茸:2枚
しめじ:1/2袋(50g)
じゃがいも:1個
ピーマン:1個
長ねぎ:1/2本
冷凍コーン:大5
バター:小2

みそ:大2
酒:大2
しょう油:小1
砂糖:小2
おろし生姜:小1
サラダ油

  • @Octavideoz Not only is their food great, but most large companies & schools have a weight expectation. So for example, you go to high school--where they have an annual check-up. You get weighed, & you're underweight/overweight. The nurse will let the people in the cafeteria know that you have to eat this & this, & you can't eat this & this. You have to exercise a certain amount, & so on. It's really great, actually. It keeps people healthy :D

  • @EpikGameTime Bamboo liquor is a Chinese Liquor; Sake is a Japanese Rice Beer; though, a quite potent beer at that. Most people call it Rice wine, but the brewing process is less reminiscent of wine, and more like beer.
