The HDView makes connecting your computer's VGA port to an HDTV incredibly easy. Simpy plug in the audio, USB, and VGA cords to your computer and your video signal will automatically be scaled and converted to HDMI. Now just connect your external screen to HDMI port and you're done.

  • I noticed the demonstartion at the end of the video has the same issue as most VGA to HDMI conversions. The HDMI signal seems to be enlarged in some way (over scanning?) so the HDMI video seen on the larger monitor is streched H&V. Notice how you can only see half the icons in the taskbar and the icons on the left of the monitor ar cut off.

  • @JSINKI This is simply an aspect ratio mis-match. The laptop's screen is 16:10 but the TV is 16:9. If you watch a DVD, BluRay, or Youtube, it will display properly because modern day video is in 16:9.
