  • Yo ur a beast skull crushers with 135, thats mad good.

  • lol thanks, but i don't think i went over 95 in this workout considering it was superset, precontest, and at 4am. BUT, 135 for 10-15 reps, is my usual working weight on skull crushers.

  • that is how i finish out a set of lying tricep extensions. got the technique from Craig Titus' video.

  • monkey 9090, this is the guys tricep work out,his dips are to pump blood into that area,therefore he is usin a partial movement to maximise and target a certai portion of his tri,its called isolating a certain muscle for maximum target id.

  • hmm, not sure how far out i was here. right now i am contemplating a show in april. still off season on the diet but have begun 5am cardio a few days per week. thanks for the props. i need to squat heavy again to bring more sweep to the quads.
