  • As a physical therapist, i would recommend doing this exercise at the age of 16+. To get the exercise you need at age 12, you need to get large amounts of cardio just by running around and playing with friends; play basketball, volleyball, kickball, run, swim, etc. Heavy muscle exercises should be valued later in life when your levels of testosterone increase, at around age 16.

  • this IS the best exercise for abs. just don't forget about eating healthy if you really want those abs!
