DON'T THINK ''DO'' BACK IN THE 80's I FIRST HELD THE P-89. AND ALMOST PUCED ALL THAT POWER AND A DOG SHIT GRIP. I DID'NT BUY ONE, I GOT A P-92 9 MM AND REGRETED IT. I'LL SACREFICE CAPACITY FOR STOPING POWER ANYDAY. ANYWAY THE 345 IS A MUCH BETTER MODEL THAN THE 89 MUCH SLIMER, GET THE POLYMERE FRAM JOB ITS A FEW OZ.S LITER. I USUALY SHOOT ABOUT 30 TO 35 FT. BUT IVE SEEN REAL GOOD HITS OUT TO 80 FT. THE FEDERAL STAT. FOR A DEM. GUN BATTLE IS WITH IN 14 FT

Good video review. Very informative but the music was a bit loud and distracting as I was trying to listen to what you were saying. The gun looks like a great value 45.

I like it but for one thing, no external safety lever like the 1911. I would prefer it did have that feature, if for no other reason than a little more comfort factor while carrying. It worked fine when I carried a 1911 as an MP and no problem. And I enjoyed the music....

Hi Dave - I'm a great fan or Ruger's. I have the P89, P95, P90, P345, plus various revolvers & .22's. The only problems I have is working on them (i.e. little tiny springs, & the way things are held together). Do you still have P90? How many rounds to you have thru it & same question for the P345. I like the P345 better for same reasons you stated. What has been your greatest problems? Thx Dave. Sincerely, JAMES.
