richard christian matheson is one badass mofo, thie special effects were super cheeseball low-rent cgi but the writer himself is a genius...read all of his short stories starting with "red," which is a few paragraphs of the most emotional heart-wrenching words ever written with the most devastating final line in the history of short fiction, in other words he be da man
