材料:細砂糖302g、全蛋363g、低筋麵粉151g、鹽0.7g、香草粉0.3g、奶油182g

作法:準備調理盆用過篩器把低筋麵粉、香草粉過篩至盆中,再來把細砂糖、全蛋、奶油、鹽加入盆中,用打蛋器慢速攪拌到呈現白色光亮即可,準備蛋捲模用小小火預熱,之後打開­蛋捲模加入一小匙麵糊蓋上蛋捲模,雙面共烤約20秒後打開烤模,打開後不沾黏模即為完成,再來用一鐵棒把烤後的麵皮捲起,放置旁邊靜置放涼後這樣就完成好吃的蛋捲
