You do not have to heat the chili very long. If the chili is too hot, then it will make the chips soggy. And you can also just put a slice of Kraft american cheese over the top. Hot sauce, ketsup and oinions are also a great way to add more to the dish.
I haven't seen brick chilli in a while. You gotta get it at those out of the way grocery stores in Texas like Fiesta or Minyard...Still this looks good!
