Oh Brother

Basic: Dean would give anything, just to talk to his baby brother one more time...

Let me start off by saying I effing love Coldplay. This song is so underrated for them and there are hardly any videos used with this beautiful and meaningful song. So I decided to do something with it for Supernatural. The first verse reminds me of Dean's situation during 2x22 while speaking to his brother's dead body. I was completely inspired with the opening line "Oh brother I can't, I can't get through." Which automatically made me think of when Dean was panicking and rambling on while holding onto Sam's dying body. The scenes that go by fairly quick and in colour represent what's going to happen in the future, but Dean has no idea about it yet. He's all in the moment of Sam and being at a total loss of what to do.

I made the video in black&white to show that this was all in the past and inside Dean's mind. And I guess in a figurative way, after his brother died his world lost colour.

Not my best video, but I made it in just a bit under 2 hrs. Spur of inspiration I guess.
