Even before I knew you had these tools available to help people at many levels of fitness and overall health, I have had your picture (from ads in Oxygen magazine) on my refrigerator as inspiration. I love fitness and working out but food is my downfall, even though I have been a certified fitness instructor for 15 years. You really are true inspiration in so many forms and your messages are so empowering for women which I LOVE!

I love this video! I love that you are encouraging cardio! I think too many people don't have a balanced mix of weights and cardio. I recently just got a new jump rope so I can be better during boxing class, but now I intend to use it as you suggested between sets to make the most of my time at the gym. :) THANKS!!!

I look forward to viewing "get up and go" you inspire me to do just that. I just purchased a speed rope and I am having so much fun with it. Yes, it is hard! I have 3 boys and I need to get myself back on track, I'm tired of failing and I so want to attain my goals and I believe you are just what I need to succeed

Im loving your Get up and go series. I was sick for a couple years and gained weight from medication etc. You have been such an inspiration to me and I look forward to your get up and go sessions. I am so excited to see these "get up and go" episodes. I've been following JNL for a while, & purchased her Fitness Model program & several audio seminars. She is truly an inspiration & it is wonderful to catch a glipmse of her fitness routine. I have the Fabulously Fit Mom videos, too, but it is nice to see her routine in the gym. I hope she'll continue to shed light on how she keeps herself looking absolutely gorgeous, so one day I can reach fitness goals like those that JNL has reached!

I look forward to viewing your "Get UP AND GO!" episodes. Each episode inspires me to work harder at the gym and even when I train at home. I have incorporated the speed rope into my workout, although my jump roping skills are no match to yours, you make it look so easy. i absolutely LOVE jump roping. I do it w/ my kids and we get creative and then compete to see who's better. It's such a quick but effective cardio workout. After watching this video I jumped on planning my next couple of weeks on how i'm going to "GET UP AND GO!" Thanks Jennifer
