一般香港人都會花掉了大部份時間在工作上,相對而言,花在烹調及進食的時間則少很多,回到家裡,只會花三分鐘煮一個方便麵,草草吃過便算,但是,原來只要我們願意花心思,­短短的時間亦可以煮出令人驚喜的晚餐。
烹調心得:
1) 怕太辣的話,可預先用糖浸一浸生洋蔥碎 (沙甸香蔥醬)
2) 醋可以帶出魚的香味及去除其腥味 (沙甸香蔥醬)
3) 可用檸檬汁或青檸汁代替醋 (沙甸香蔥醬)
