Maybe if more canines would make themselves heard, the Onion would finally get what's coming to them.

I admire Bo and his dogged willingness to sit up and speak his dog-mind as regards the Onion. It truly does so deserve the Pulitzer Prize that has been denied it for so long. Good Luck, ONN, and thank you BO.

I know there's a lot of diferente pronunciations in Portugal, (like in every language) but if you listen carefully, there are some words that seem a bit """english""", and some time it seems like it has some african sounds. That's why in my opinion, he's speaking a little bid different.
I know that that isn't from any island because i know really well those pronunciations. (i know because i'm from one of them)
But yeah i was really strange listening to it the first time, and cool.

Oh, come on... It's not like we don't have plenty of different accents in Portugal. Clearly the guys accent is not from, say, around Lisboa, but I don't think this is mainly about him losing proper pronunciation. To me it sounds like maybe the speaker is from some of the islands (I'm thinking maybe Madeira).
On another note, it is rather surprising to click on a video about the dog Bo Obama supporting the Onion, and suddenly realizing "hey, that's portuguese".

Yep, European Portuguese, but the pronunciation isn't so good.
It seems that the speaker is living in another country for a wile and started to loose the correct pronunciation.
-
this... is so confusing.

I feel like the concept for this video was something like-
"Could we get Obama?"
"No."
"Maybe Michelle?"
"Would the kids be too young?"
"Probably."
"....the dog?"
"..."

Dogs, Portuguese, and English speakers will all understand Obama's dog.

@dnci14 Don't worry, Dr. Ayman al-Zawahiri, heir to the throne of Al Qaeda, has recorded a video in favor of The Onion getting a Pulitzer Prize, although the courier taking the videotape through Pakistan has to dodge missile strikes, land mines, tanks, fighter jets, aircraft carriers, killer robots, and sharks with friggen laser beams to get it to Al Jazeera's headquarters in Qatar. Luckily, the courier for this job is none other than Jesus Christ, who has the power of resurrection.
