They keep using one celeb to replace another when they have similar looks or personalities. For example: Emma replaced Lindsay, Kate Hudson replaced Drew, Tina Fey replaced Julia Dreyfuss, Blake Lively replaced Gwyneth, Scarlett Johansen replaced Charlize Theron, Jennifer Aniston replaced Christina Applegate, and so on. The celebs that got replaced may not have totally disappeared, but it seems like one gets more promotion then the other when they are alike in looks or qualities...
