Customer service at Apple stinks. I went into the store 3 times to get my iphone fixed. It was never fixed so I got a new one. The tech guy told me to do something on my computer for the restore and my computer got messed up. I spent about 12 hours on the iphone problem. Dealing with this problem was like having a second job this weekend.
Apple has the best customer service i have experienced. my macbook pro had a broken gpu and was 2 years old, they fixed it for free, gave me a new logic board, new battery, new top case on top of that they fixed it and hasn't broken down since. around $1000 for free! once you go mac you never go back!
I just brought my iPhone 3g into the Apple store because it wouldn't hold a charge and it had a crack on the bottom. Not only was the service fast and painless, they gave me a BRAND NEW iPhone 3g for free. :)
I had the exact same experience with Apple saying they shipped my Macbook Air and 3 weeks later, Fedex still hasn't gotten my computer back from them. I called them and they said the repair people accidentally put the wrong i-sight camera in and they replaced the whole motherboard. Then the guy turned it into overnight shipping even though I wouldn't be back at my house for another 3 days. It was pretty inconvenient how Apple forgot about shipping the product back to me and I had to call them.
you are the type of consumer that makes any CSR's day! so easy to please and understanding! love it! this it the time of the year people have a hard time understanding any delays especially human error.... yes, I have my own nightmare story with t-Mobile and in order for them to help me I have to pay 75.00 a month to allow them to trouble shoot..... sad.........
the voice regocnition is so good because it runs os x instead of linux

I think customer service can be good or bad regardless what company is. Comcast just fucking sucks though, it is never good...
