FireFox add-on's - Feedly. A magzine style RSS reader.

If you use Google reader and want a nicer and cleaner interface, then feedly is what you will need.
It has amazing Google reader integration, all you need to do is sign in with your Google account and it will fetch all of the feeds you are subscribed too on Google reader.
