The strict laws are reasonable here. It makes the society safe. No strikes, no demonstration. The goverment had a very wonderful kind of method to balance everybody interest but as every policy, mistake arise. Despite those, are not enough to cause a strike. Do not listen to those who complain that they are being supressed. Because deepin their heart, they know society is safe. Hong Kong people, Don't you wish Lee Kuan Yew was your leader and give you a super high GDP and make you prosperous?

I am a Singaporean. Living in Singapore for 32 years everything is so good here. There is a misconception that Lee kuan yew is controlling everything and supressing Singaporean. It is not truth. You can do anything you want here as long as it does not angry the general public. ?These video show Hong Kong people burning his pictures and shouting "Stop supressing Singaporeans" . Dear Hong Kong people. Thanks for the caring. But Please find out the truth first before you all do such things.

@LovePeaceAntiFanatic I totally agree.. Seriously, i get annoyed when people are complaining all the time about the restrictions in our political scene. But I don't think we can afford any failures. Don't change for the sake of changing.

There are many fake democratic countries in this world that rule by corrupted governments. No doubt S'pore is not 100% pure democratic country, but Singaporean are blessed by being ruled by the most efficient, clean, smart & intelligent government.
