M45 400m final WMA Riccione

I first met Jon when he was a small boy and trained with him on a fitness trail at our work location. To see him progress from those small beginings off woodchip based exercise points and stoney paths to reach the golden height of World Champion continues to inspire me. I am sure my enthusiasm for the "bleep test" shuttle runs must have helped :-) Thank you Jon. In all sincerity a Great Job. I am so very pleased for you. Simon

He's a good bloke that Jonathan Tilt. I'm really glad he won. I raced against him in the BMAF M40 400 this year and was mightily impressed by his attitude. He's a credit to Vets athletics.
