@JoshuaMouncer . I'm not understanding what you are not happy with Joshua?? Check my other vid of the 20's if you like.

Why not get it up to PEAK rpm and let it coast down?
Better to connect at the battery than arc-damage the siren pedestal.
Why called "Free Rolling"?

@robertgift, a couple reasons it didn't peak. I was new to the electro mechanical sirens. No ear plugs at the time. If you want to hear it peak check my other model 20 siren clips. Due to the tiny positive screw it was easier to tap the screw with the power (at the time) That was two years ago.. I now use a wire attached to the positive screw. It's all about learning.

how much would this cost someone

sniper174174, well.. It depends on the overall condition.. 6 or 12 volt. And how bad the other fella wants one. eBay seems to be the only place I can find these sirens. You'd be looking at 50.00 to 300.00 depending on the style as well. This particular #20 siren was available with a rear bullet cone and a siren light front. These are the pricey versions! Good luck!! p.s. These Sterling sirens have not been made since the late 1960's.
