im a die hard flyers fan who played 4 years of junior hockey and have played since i was 6 .. i know the sport better then alot of people and i have to weigh in on this.. jim jackson is fucking terrible.. he is by far the most biased announcer other than jack edwards from boston..he challanges every call against and bitches so much i want to fuckin kill myself.. can not wait until they fire jj and steve coates and let tim saunders from the radio come to tv. hes 1000 times better its no contest..

Jim Jackson MAKES the games great. Listening to the idiots on Versus is unbearable... their dry, boring, nasal game calls are so bland that I sometimes mute the audio. JJ makes the games so exciting... he is a must. I've been all over the country and he is by far among the top 3 color commentary guys in the NHL.
