Just a comment on "practice" and "practise": According to the Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, practice is a verb (vt & vi) and a noun ; "Practise" is defined as (and I quote directly) "chiefly Brit. sp. of PRACTICE"

ALUMINA is a hard white brittle refractory material

Aluminum in nature is found in insoluble form

Only when rain is made ACID (by passing through industrial or volcanic air) does aluminum slowly dissolve into soil, mainly as aluminum sulfate

So it is INDUSTRY that needs curbing, not civil or military aviation

That's the problem people thinking confusion belongs to others but it starts with them. There's no purpose for aluminia being found in our waters and soil at higher level than normal toxicity. Various states have already ended this plans for planes spraying stuff down on plants and wild life.
