  • hi can u tell oil consumption????????????

  • @bhaikhurram1 Sorry, but I never measured

  • Hey mate just wondering if you where to seal off the entire unit so the flame was inside the barrel, smoke going out a flue and only have the spray gun being exposed at the end like u have would u get many fumes coming out of where the air and fuel are sprayed in, just asking as I want to build one but I cant have oil fumes in garage if i decide to close the roller door I dont wanna stink out the place? Any Help would be great as think this is a wikd KISS idea =)

  • @MrDistilr There is not enough air from air gun only to fully burn an oil. Air stream from an airgun creates air suction into cylinder. There is no dark smoke at all. If there would be that will indicate too little air. The best is to extract fumes out as you can run out of oxygen in a closed garage soon or later. When I ran a burner for longer an air became unpleasant to breathe. As you see flame approaches cylinder under an angle so it cycles inside on a surface of cyliner,

  • Wow we try and try here i europe, to not mess op the planet to much, and then you make such a project. It proberly pollute as much as a small town here. Not saying it is a bad project, recycling is god, but burning waste oil is not the way.

  • hey i would use copper tubing infront of the flame and run it inside of the oil cup so the heat from the copper tubing would heat up the oil

  • dear measured now..

  • @Loonypics Yes, and to make it 3 layer of plates sandwich with inside plate having cut fins with a slit saw it could be really good exchanger. Longer of course with more in/out ports i think

  • @wiatroda Hi , I've just visited you w/site the : Graphic Card & MCU Water Cooling System pictures, if those were made larger, they could make a great heat exchanger for hot water

  • itll never catch on lol
