when you have full power press L1 + L2 (and i think also R1 + R2) all together. then you have the ability to do your finishing move. it depends on who you have. you need to try it out. kobashi for example is front grapple - direction to opponent - triangle. and he also have one without direction i think. (havn't played it a for a while now)
