Two pratically invincible forces fighting each other. Hulk can substain damage so it is reasonable to say Superman would win. However, it would be very difficult for him to do so. Kryptonite does not really have a hold in the Marvel universe so Superman for the win. This saddens me.

If Doomsday Killed (Almost Killed) Superman The HULK Would Win, Not To Mention You Can't Beat The HULK When It Comes To Strength, Granted They Used The Smart HULK For The Superman Vs HULK Battles But Had They Used The Old Brute HULK That's An Unstoppable Juggernaut, There's No Way Superman Could Win, Doomsday Couldn't Even Beat The HULK Never Mind Almost Kill Him.. lol

I bet Hulk can resist Superman's Heat vision and Cold Breath....Maybe even Superman's "Full" Strength but I have to side with the Dude that can come from outer space flying in super speed, lift the green man, go back to space in one full motion sweep and then rapidly punch him to a sun or something.
