@TubeCrafter i can see where you can argue with the petrovicky hit, and ill actually give you props for bringing up that hit, because most people criticize Richards based on the hit on booth. Having said that, The hit on Petrovicky was before the league had really banned the high hits, but it could have been a suspension. It was his first year. He was young. The Booth hit was legal. shoulder on shoulder. he didnt leave his feet. I just dont like people calling Richards dirty.

Richards is the best captain in the league, and definately landed more punches there. Rangers will be lucky to make the playoffs

he's not a retard. granted, he's no good at fighting now- but he's learning and needs to have this skill so he can step up and protect the veteran players. also, avery has fucked up wrists- two of them-- and our main fighter, orr is injured. they can't be the only two who have to drop the gloves to protect our vets and he's young and impressionable. let him learn, it's good for the sport.
