The Fall, HMV Picture House Edinburgh 2011. Mark E Smith walked off stage after about 20 minutes, sang from offstage for a bit and then disappeared. After a couple of songs the band walked off too. Elena eventually came back on to speak to the increasingly restless crowd and told us that Mark had a bruised foot... and something about 5 flights of stairs? Hahahaha......why the hell did he go down 5 flights of stairs in the first place? And you're right......he should've just sat on a chair and spat his diatribes out at us! Brilliant gig regardless.......that band is ferocious.
