So basicly, when they start 'chipping' everyone, whoever doesnt have a chip will be considered a terrorist? instead of forcing people to wear chips, in order to identify allies and teorrorists, why not just not make any enemies in the 1st place? This is the dumbest notion i've heard for a while though.. A chip won't stop terrorists really. Even if the microchip was for public safety and children, terrorists and kidnapers always find a way to block the signal from it...just like piracy of original products, or hacking trough a server....so "public safety" is not a good excuse for them wanting to implant microchips...
