Looks like you didn't practice enough.. love the choreography, but it's not very together, the levels of energy vary with the dancer, and several times one or two girls are off.

oh we practiced a lot...but i dont think garba is something that is easy to synchronize, esp when it comes towards the later part of the song and everyone's tired. I have yet to see a garba group dance where all the dancers were in sync throughout the entire dance

@philyzangel If you think garba is not easy synchronize, then you should click on my name and watch some of teh UF Gators (University of Florida) garbas and one from USF 2008. Some of the will give synchronization a whole new meaning. Just saying. And they use only one song.

@MrTapori420 You guys might have a great garba and I wont question you. But its easy to have a great dance going when you're doing only one dance. We have a weekend show where we do 8 dances at a time, 2 nights in a row. This was one of the last dances, and required the most energy, which might explain why some of us might seem tired. You'd be out of energy if you did 8 dances back 2 back as well.But if you click on other pennaach dances you'll see that we have no problem with synchronization.

@philyzangel Meaning, do some dancers participate in several dances for the evening? If yes, then yes, you are absolutely correct. Actually, i don't have anything to do with UF/USF/UCF garbas. Please keep such shows going. Wish every university in the US had at least one garba/raas team.

@MrTapori420 we have 10-12 dancers in the dance troupe each year and each dancer does 6-7 out of the 8 dances. We're not a garba/raas specific team. Just a female South Asian dance troupe and do everything from garba to classical tovbollywood to everything in between - assortment of your typical Indian dances. I am sure if enough people were interested, they could start a dance team at the school. I think my school now has a guys group , a girls group , a mixed group and a classical dance group

these girls did an amazing job and it clearly shows that they worked super hard, this kind of dance isn't that particularly easy
