Number 3 is sitting in the shop right now at Exporail in Delson is waiting for new weels.Instead of those horse carriages,that kind of streetcar would be a star in the old Montréal if mayor Tremblay would want.

I found a couple of photos of the trolleys in the historical section of the Montreal Transportaion Commission's web page. Will send you the link via email since URL's are not permitted on You Tube. According to the website, the sightseeing trolleys ran from 1906 until the end of the streetcar era in Montreal which was 1959. Imagine anything lasting for fifty years these days!

Wow! I have seen postcards of the sightseeing trolley but I had no idea that one of these beauties was still in existence in Maine. This is wonderful!

I believe there were four made in 1905...I think. All four are still operating today. One at a Trolley Museum in CT. The one at Seashore Trolley Museum in Kennebunkport, ME and two in Montreal, Que.
