Was there today - 3rd May 2010 - Police patrolling as is their job - no private security- cos they are shit - the owner of the site is the only real criminal.,since we all protect it etc against vandals n arsonists such as the owner- a known criminal.

@lozman67 is the owner, the same man who drives around it with a dog, and a white van? The van-man, is very defensive of the place, I was there a few weeks ago, taking photos on the road (dressed as a fairy, I admit), outside the gate... and he drove up to me and without a hello and asked me what was going on, asif I was standing on the grounds, I was on the bloody road, and have never stepped foot on the property! Hes to quick to assume your a criminal!

@MushroomMai , That man is the Security Guard in the white van, but he can't stop you taking photos from the road! They are to quick to presume your right...Tell them to mind there own business. The Path is a Public Road.

@jamesartell , The site is off limits now as its privately owned, plus the fact of the good old "Health & Safety" etc, it is presumed to be haunted, and if you look at it now you can see why, broken windows dark grey exterior, its a huge place!

i agree with g22 , peter could have narrated over the camera not at the camera , we wanted to see more of the buildings of this beautiful place

wow !! you had the opportunity to explore and film the hospital grounds , but unfortunately this video needed a director , we saw very little of the hospital and too much of peter talking to camera ( excellent for a voice over ) such a shame

i went there yesterday of course never got in but from the outside it is one magnificent building i really whish the blocked the really unsafe bits off and opened it to the public you know with a fee of course 5 pounds because the ammount of people that would go and see it they might be able to use the funds to fix the place

albeit i am not condoning trespassing but if you do enter private property you can NOT be prosecuted unless you have done some damage to said property , even if the police are involved all they can do is ask you to leave !
