  • CRazy fool who fights and old lady?

  • She's not handicap, she just fat and lazy.

  • @stalicone Because if you're disabled or Gay or whatever and demand Power and civil Rights..the last thing people expect of you to do is to abuse it...especially on some Racial nonsense. that just degrades the thing into something sinister and evil.

like I said I probably would let a mentally disturbed or handicapped person slide depending on the situation...but I don't condone Hate and racism so I don't judge anyone for taking a stance..the lady was probably harrasing him before.

  • @sadelover100

Also, please tell me why a disabled person has a "bigger obligation to monitor their behavior?" Doesn't a disabled person have a right to be a flaming asshole, the same as everyone else? What if she has a mental or emotional illness? I'm sorry, I keep trying to your side of this, and I'm just not getting it. I would think the "normal" person should have the tolerance and respect to understand a nutcase when he sees one, and not become an abuser, which is what he is.

  • @sadelover100

I meant to say, "Your statement can be construed to condone violence in the name of "being offended". - sorry.

  • @sadelover100

The point being that, offensive speech is the nexus by which critical thinking occurs. Your statement can be construed to condone violence in the name of "being. Would Muslims who are offended by criticism of their religion or prophet would be justified in acting out violently? Then, ANYONE can claim ANY "offense" to justify violence. "The right to swing my fist ends where the other man's nose begins." - Oliver Wendell Holmes

There is no "right to not be offended".

  • @sadelover100

You said, "I won't blame anyone else for taking defensive action if anyone hurls insults and blatantly disrespects them in ANY fashion."(emphasis added). I must disagree, freedom of speech includes the right to speak offensively, in fact, it is precisely because of offensive speech that we have the protection of law in the first place. Justice Louis Brandeis said, "fear of serious injury alone is never a reason to justify suppression of speech."

  • Damm and she got out the chair..guess she wasn't handicapped after all

  • @Stalicone Well that makes it even more warranted; becaue a disabled person has an even bigger obligation to monitor their behavior..Now I may let a handicap person slide depending on the situation..but I won't blame anyone else for taking defensive action if anyone hurls insults and blatantly disrespects them in any fashion..Same goes for Midgets, Gays, Kids, Elderly, and the Mentally Retarded.

Not every black person is down for turning the other cheek..we're different tribes common enemy

  • @sadelover100

The guy was wrong....black or white is irrelevant. The woman is disabled, probably a head case. And this douche simply drowns her in water. (btw - I listened a bunch of times and I didn't hear the "N" word.) A real man would have let her go on spouting off. She didn't do anything physically to warrant the assault. I hope he's ashamed of himself every time he sees this. If he isn't, well imho, he's simply not a man, because a real man has a conscience, and tolerance.
