  • Hey there m610i -- the great thing about T-Tapp is that dieting isn't part of the equation! In fact Teresa advocates eating real food, enjoying good red wine, and having quality chocolate. One of her signature moves, Hoe Downs, helps drop and control blood sugar. Diets of denial aren't as successful as T-Tapp!
